For those of you that don't know Sir Peter Blake, he's the man behind the Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band album sleever. He's a brilliant, vibrant artist who has now created a one-off pop art design for a Bentley Continental GTC.
The reason behind it is to raise money for the Care2Save Charitable Trust who provide palliative and hospice care around the world. In keeping with the hospice theme Sir Peter Blake has emblazoned the St James red heart on the Continental Yellow bonnet, giving it pride of place on this colourful Bentley.
You can't help but notice this car, from the multi-colour bodywork which has a completely bespoke blue, added by Sir Peter, called St Luke's Blue. In addition to the blue and yellow you also get a British Racing Green lower body and a Fushia pink radiator surround. So this car is definitely not for subtle person.
The colours don't stop on the exterior. Inside each seat is trimmed in a different colour and each seat also bears Sir Peter's siganture. This unique car will be auctioned to raise money for the charity by Bonhams at the Goodwood Festival of Speed on 24th June.
