Motorcycle Monday brings you this gorgeous looking BMW R5 Hommage. Built to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the BMW Boxer this carefully updated version dreamed up by BMW Motorrad designer Ola Stenegard was brought to life by builders Benna Noren and Sebastien Gutsch.
Featuring a custom frame very similar to the original with a few updated tweaks such as comfortable rear suspension and updated modern front fork. The engine is the original R5 lovingly restored and paired with a supercharger and custom stainless steel exhaust. Finishing touches such as the hand-hammered steel tank with ghosted black paint, a one off hand stitched leather seat and custom handlebars with machined adjustable controls. An amazing pre-war bike restoration which would look stunning paired with one of our Solo number plates.
